Chitika, have CPC abs now
Chitika is a online advertising network which offer ads service for 80,000 sites, in last years, chitika offer CPA ads(founded in 2003),  but it have CPC ads now.
Chitika said their CPC ads will only support USA and CA traffic in the current , but you can specify another ad code(adsense,cj…  and so on )  in the admin area of your account,  so when a England user viewing your site, you can get profit yet.
