we can see that Google didnot update regularly. It is not very important for those webmasters who do not intend to make money from pr update. Some people said that high PR can bring visitor flow, it is not necessarily because I have a site with only one page content, it also reach Pr3, I haven’t seen many people to read the website, pr algorithm is based on many aspects and the results can not necessarily bring the flow.
The webmasters who want to improve the PR should update the site in time, increase outer chains, including increaseing the keywords of theme in outside the inside chain, the fastest way is to focus on a smaller and specific aspect, rather than big and Vague aspects.

I do run link building campaign for some of my sites, google pagerank were good, but not continue to add external links for some time,although the site updates and my acts of  SEO in other factors  are as usual,  google pagerank On the decline untile some fresh external links added, PR began to rise.
